The SBY-64B Cement Constant Temperature Water Curing Box is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB-17671-1999 "Cement Mortar Strength Testing Method" (ISO method) to meet the requirements for curing cement mortar test pieces. It offers simple operation, high temperature control accuracy, and an attractive design. The inner tank and sink are made of stainless steel, while the temperature control system uses a computerized intelligent instrument. The outer door features double-layer vacuum glass for better insulation and visibility. This equipment is widely used in research institutions, universities, laboratories, and quality inspection departments.

1. Place the instrument in a clean environment free from strong vibrations and corrosive gases. The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 38°C, with humidity below 85% RH. The power supply must be within 220V ± 10%, and a proper grounding or leakage protection device must be provided.

2. Open the outer door and pull out one of the sub-tank sinks at the bottom. Fill the inner tank's water reservoir with water and immerse the sensor head. Then add approximately 13 cm of clean water into the tank and place it on the frame. Ensure the water level is at least 2 cm above the test piece.

3. Turn on the power switch, check the temperature setting, and allow the system to stabilize for about 5 hours. Once the desired temperature is reached, place the test pieces into the tank.

4. When replacing the water, pull out the water tank and lift it up. After cleaning, return it to its position and fill it with pre-prepared clean water.

Principle and Structure

1. The outer tank of the split-type cement constant temperature water curing box is made of high-quality steel plate, while the inner tank and sub-tanks are constructed from stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The sub-tanks are equipped with sliding wheels and guide rails for easy movement and removal.

2. The curing box uses an intelligent digital temperature controller. When the water temperature deviates from the set point, the heater or refrigerator automatically activates, and the fan circulates the air through a special installation inside the box. This ensures quick and even temperature distribution, maintaining the water temperature within 20°C ± 1°C.

Precautions

1. When changing the water, always check the water level in the bottom tank. If the water level is below the sensor probe, the temperature control may fail.

2. If the water temperature does not meet the required testing conditions, check whether the heater, refrigerator, and ventilation fan are functioning properly.

3. The temperature controller displays the water temperature, not the air temperature. Keep the door closed during use and avoid leaving it open for extended periods, as this may affect the performance of the equipment.

4. Do not place heavy test pieces in the tank, as this could cause damage to the structure.
