Molex Introduces New Seamless Tube Metric Ring Terminal Series

Molex, a global leader in complete interconnect solutions, has launched a new line of seamless metric ring terminals designed to support universal use of metric bolts and screws up to 10mm in diameter and wire sizes up to 6mm². These terminals are ideal for bolt connections and can be used in solderless wiring applications across industrial, automotive, and consumer sectors. They offer the same performance and benefits as traditional insulated Avikrimp™ and non-insulated VersaKrimp™ ring terminals, including enhanced current capacity and reliability. The new metric ring terminals are compatible with UL standards when crimped using Molex’s recommended tools, but they can also be crimped with various industry-standard tools. Made from high-quality tin-plated oxygen-free copper, they prevent oxidation and ensure excellent electrical conductivity and secure crimping. The non-insulated VersaKrimp ring terminal features a brazed joint that forms a seamless tube, eliminating the need for special alignment during crimping. It allows 360° rotation in the crimping slot, making the process faster and more reliable. The Avikrimp type, on the other hand, is pre-insulated with nylon to prevent arcing between adjacent terminals on a barrier strip. It includes a nickel-plated copper hoop for both conductor and insulation crimping, offering superior vibration resistance and meeting TUV, VDE, IEC, and DIN performance standards. Both types allow full rotation during crimping, enhancing efficiency and connection quality. This product line addresses the growing demand for metric-sized connectors, especially among customers who prefer metric fasteners over imperial ones. Many competitors only offer ASME/ASTM or US standard sizes, limiting options for users seeking more versatile and advanced solutions. Molex's new terminals provide a broader range of choices, ensuring better fit and performance in diverse applications. Whether you're working on industrial equipment, automotive systems, or consumer electronics, these metric ring terminals offer a reliable, high-performance solution that meets modern engineering demands. With their robust design and compatibility with multiple crimping tools, they are a smart choice for professionals looking for precision, durability, and ease of use.

Fiber Optic Splicing Tray

Our Fiber Optic Splice Trays are made of ABS, light in weight and is RoHS compliant. It mainly is used for optical fiber storage and fiber optic fusion protection, easy to operate and simple to install and uninstall. The Fiber Splice Trays are stackable and can be mounted using two #6 screws; they can be used one on top of another to form a layer structure inside the fiber optic enclosures.

Usually fiber optic splice trays are used inside the Fiber Enclosures, optical fiber glass inside the fiber tray can be melt with any other strand optical fiber in the tray, thus different fiber optic cables can be melt connected directly via the tray, optical cable fiber can also be melted with the fiber optic pigtail end, and via pigtail it can connect out to other fiber optic equipment. The tray expands fiber splice capabilities as well as provides the splicing location for the fiber optic cables. we have ready stock of this series products for immediate shipment.
