Cement Thermostat Water Tank Instructions

The cement constant temperature water curing box is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB-17671-1999 "Cement Mortar Strength Testing Method" (ISO method) to meet the requirements for maintaining cement mortar test pieces. It offers advantages such as simple operation, precise temperature control, and an attractive appearance. The inner tank and sink are both made of stainless steel, and the temperature control system uses a computerized intelligent instrument. The outer door features double-layer vacuum glass for improved visibility and insulation. This equipment is widely used in scientific research institutions, universities, laboratories, and quality inspection departments.

1. Place the instrument in a clean environment free from strong vibrations and corrosive gases. The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 38°C, with humidity below 85% RH. Ensure the power supply voltage is within 220V ± 10%, and install a proper grounding or leakage protection device.

2. Open the outer door and pull out one of the sub-tank sinks at the bottom. Fill the water tank at the bottom of the inner tank with water and immerse the sensor head. Add approximately 13 cm of clean water into the tank and place it back in the frame. The water level should be at least 2 cm above the test piece.

3. Turn on the power switch, check the temperature setting, and allow the instrument to enter working mode. After about 5 hours, when the water reaches the desired temperature, place the test piece inside.

4. When changing the water in the tank, pull out the water tank and lift it up. Clean it thoroughly and replace it with pre-prepared clean water.

Principle and Structure

1. The outer tank of the split-type cement constant temperature water curing box is made of high-quality steel plate. The inner tank and sub-tanks are all made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. Each sub-tank is equipped with sliding wheels and guide rails for easy movement and removal.

2. The curing box uses an intelligent digital temperature controller. If the water temperature is higher or lower than the set value, the heater or refrigerator automatically activates to generate heat or cold air. A fan then circulates the air evenly, ensuring the water temperature remains within 20°C ± 1°C.

Precautions

1. When changing the water, always check the water level in the bottom tank. If the water level is below the sensor probe, the temperature may become unstable.

2. If the water temperature does not meet the test requirements, verify that the heater, refrigerator, and ventilation fan are functioning properly.

3. The temperature controller displays the water temperature, not the air temperature. Always keep the door closed during use, and avoid leaving it open for extended periods to prevent operational issues.

4. Do not place heavy test pieces in the tank, as this could damage the structure.
