1 Overview
1.1 These procedures apply to the installation of load cells on pumping units equipped with anti-biasing devices.
1.2 The pad (stop block) used in conjunction with the load cell is specially designed to hold and effectively carry the load cell while complying with the anti-biasing device.
1.3 Ensure that the linear distance between the suspension and the pump head (tipped head) is sufficient for load cell and pad installation.

2. Installation of articles, tools and accessories
2.1 Installation items: load sensor, anti-biased suspension rope supporting pad (limit block).
2.2 Tools: a 600mm pipe wrench, a 250mm Phillips screwdriver, a 36mm wrench, and a 24mm wrench.
2.3 Auxiliary supplies: square clips, handheld terminals (hands)
3. Installation operation
3.1 Shutdown: Stop the pumping unit head near the bottom dead center, hit the polished rod, remove the load, brake the brakes, and cut off the power.
3.2 Disassemble the suspension rope: Remove the anti-off cap and the square clamp on the top of the polished rod, and remove the suspension rope. Prepare to install the anti-biased suspension rope supporting pad (limit block) to the bottom of the donkey. .
3.3 Mounting the pad: Pass the polished rod through the hole in the middle of the pad. When installing the pad, the disc is on the top, the H-shaped base is on the bottom; the groove of the disc is upward, and the circular groove of the base is downward, so that the two clamps of the raccoon are caught in the groove.
3.4 Install the load cell: Loosen the limit screw and insert the load cell contact up into the middle of the disc and the H-base (the two contacts of the load must be up, ensuring that the two contacts and the bottom of the disc fit completely) Then tighten the limit screw.
3.5 Install the anti-biased suspension rope, square clamp and anti-off cap in sequence.
3.6 Slowly brake the brakes to force the load and remove the unloaded square clamps.
3.7 Start the pumping unit.
3.8 Starting the load cell: Set the load to the operating mode with the handheld terminal and start the load cell. Then manually collect the power diagram, the display is successful, the load sensor installation is completed.
3.9 Clean up the tools, clean and clean up the environment around the well site.

4. Replacement operation
4.1 Shutdown: Stop the pumping unit head near the bottom dead center, hit the polished rod, remove the load, brake the brakes, and cut off the power.
4.2 Loosen the limit screw of the load sensor mounted on the well and take the load sensor out and replace it with a new load cell.
4.3 Slowly loosen the brakes to force the load and remove the unloaded square clamps.
4.4 Start the pumping unit.
4.5 Starting the load cell: Set the load cell to the operating mode with the handheld terminal and start the load cell. Then manually collect the power diagram, the display is successful, then the load / dynamometer replacement installation is completed.
4.6 Clean up the tools, clean and clean up the environment around the well site.

5. Notes
5.1 Strictly implement the various regulations and safety requirements for on-site work in oil fields.
5.2 When stopping and starting the pumping unit, make sure that there is no station at the wellhead.
5.3 When unloading the punch, make sure the brake is dead.
