First, the tender conditions

The project has fulfilled relevant approval and filing procedures as required. The source of funding has been implemented and the conditions for tendering have been met. Open tendering is now underway.

II. Project Overview and the scope of tender

2.1 Project Name: 2018 geophysical prospecting company outside the employment of light earthquake production support vehicle service project;

2.2 The tender number: 2017FWGK3945;

2.3 planned investment: RMB 1.584 million (including tax);

2.4 Service period: January 15, 2018, December 31, 2018;

2.5 Implementation sites: Tailai, Jidong, Qinggang, Taikang, etc.;

2.6 Scope of Bidding: To provide light vehicle (picka) security services for seismic production. According to the characteristics of seismic construction, pick-up trucks will be stationed outside the earthquake team every day at 6 o'clock in the morning and will be returned to work at 20 o'clock in the evening. The main job is to check the rankings. Working hours no less than 14 hours a day. 2.7 This project is a framework agreement tender, with up to two bidders and at least one bidder. If the bid winner is 2, the proportion of workload is 60% and 40%. If the bid winner is 1, the workload is 100%.

Third, bidder qualification requirements

3.2 The bidder must be a qualified legal person or other organization, have a valid business license and the business scope includes general cargo transportation items;

3.3 The bid invitation requires the bidder to possess the qualifications for the “Road Management Permit”, and has corresponding protection capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the bidder’s proposed project manager must have more than 3 years of management experience of the same type of project. The bidder's proposed technical person in charge must have more than 2 years of experience in similar projects.
