The main contents are as follows: This Law requires all industrial enterprises that produce, import and trade lamps to implement the Indonesian national standards SNI04-6973.1-2005, SNI04-6973.2.1-2005, SNI04-6973.2.2-2005, SNI04-6973.2.3- 2005 and SNI04-6973.2.5-2005, and shall have certificate of conformity (COCs) issued by a certification body or testing laboratory that meets the requirements of the standard. The certification body or testing laboratory shall be accredited by the Indonesian National Accreditation Agency (KAN) or by the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC), the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), the Multilateral Mutual Recognition Agreement (MLA), and the bilateral mutual recognition agreement.
