National 863 Program major project "Application of LED in medical equipment" passed the acceptance

Recently, the “Electrical Equipment Project”, a major project of “Semiconductor Lighting Project” in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” 863 Program, has successfully passed the acceptance test.


After three years of research, the subject bears the shadowless lamp for medical LED surgery developed by Harbin Hager Technology Development Co., Ltd., using high-power white LED instead of the traditional tungsten halogen lamp as the illumination source of the shadowless lamp, achieving multi-level regulation of the illumination of the shadowless lamp. Successfully developed a patented low thermal resistance junction technology for heat sinks and power devices, achieving a fully metallized heat dissipation channel from LED chips to aluminum heat sinks, effectively reducing system thermal resistance. The technical indicators of the products have reached the requirements of the national pharmaceutical industry standard YY 0627-2008. After more than one year of clinical trials conducted by the 21st Hospital of the People's Liberation Army and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, the product meets the requirements of normal clinical application. Semiconductor lighting technology has expanded into new applications in medical devices.


Compared with traditional light source shadowless lamps, LED surgical shadowless lamps have the following advantages:


First, the life of the light source is much better than the traditional tungsten halogen lamp, and the energy saving is over 40%;


Second, it has the characteristics of chromaticity that is different from the traditional shadowless lamp, which increases the color difference between human blood and other tissues and organs, and the doctor's vision is clearer, which provides better guarantee for the success of the operation;


Third, no infrared, ultraviolet radiation, can effectively avoid water loss and infection of surgical wounds;


Fourth, the illumination of the working surface can be adjusted by the illuminance remote control system to make the light more comfortable and reduce the visual fatigue of the doctor.
