I packed my phone in the original box. Before that, I took a video of the phone, including its IMEI number, which is unique and serves as the phone’s identity. I did this to prevent disputes.

On the evening of December 28th, at 11:30 PM, I got a call from Jingdong. At first, I thought it was a scam call, but after checking, I realized it was a maintenance call. The technician apologized for calling so late, informed me that there was a crack on the bottom left corner of my phone, and called to confirm to avoid future disputes. I confirmed everything. Then the technician said that if there were no issues, they would send back a new battery. The Jingdong technician really worked late. Great job!
On December 29th, the status updated again.

After checking the phone, I received a message that Jingdong had shipped it.

On December 30th, I received my phone. The total time from order to return was 6 days. Mainly because of the slow logistics. Without a phone, I would have gone crazy. I couldn’t wait to check it out. There was no difference from the original phone. Tested with battery software.
