Dongjing Electronics (002199) announced on the evening of November 27 that the company intends to hold 90% equity of its subsidiary Zhejiang Dongjing Bolante Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. ("Boland") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Dongjing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. 70% equity of Zhejiang Dongjing New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as “new materialsâ€) held by the company was transferred to Jinhua Deshengtong Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Jinhua Tianfuyun Technology Co., Ltd., Xu Liang and Liu Zhongyu.
The 90% equity transfer of Bolante totaled 28.5 million yuan, and the 70% equity transfer of new materials totaled 23.7 million yuan. The equity transfer amount totaled 52.2 million yuan, accounting for 6.90% of the company's audited net assets in the previous year.
Bolant specializes in the development, production and sales of LED graphic sapphire substrates, epitaxial wafers and chips. The main business of the new materials is sapphire window, sapphire protection screen, sapphire substrate, semiconductor device, optoelectronic device products, automation equipment research and development, production, sales, goods and technology import and export.
Dongjing Electronics said that the equity transfer can optimize the company's asset structure, enhance the company's sustainable profitability and development potential, improve the company's asset quality and profitability, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness.
