Direct light should be avoided near the projection screen. The illumination should be <30Lux, and the illumination near the monitor and projection TV should be 50-80lux. Direct light should be avoided. In order to ensure the clarity of the documents and charts, the illumination of the document area should be no more than 700 LUX, and the chairman area should be controlled at around 800 LUX.

The direction of the light is more important than the intensity of the light. A diffuse lens is installed for the light to diffuse the light sufficiently to give the participants a uniform illumination.

Installation location requirements:

The three primary lights are usually installed on the ceiling of the conference room. The L-shaped frame is installed on the ceiling. The lamp is installed at the corner of the L-shaped frame so that the light does not directly illuminate the objects and the participants, but depends on the reflection and scattering of the light from the ceiling. Brighten the meeting room.

1. Avoid direct sunlight on objects, backgrounds and lenses, which can lead to strong contrasts in glare.

2. It is recommended to use auxiliary lighting when the light is weak, but avoid direct shooting.

3. Use auxiliary lighting, it is recommended to use daylight type lighting. Do not use colored lights to avoid using strobe sources.

4. Avoid direct illumination from the top or the outside of the window, which will directly cause shadows.

5. It is recommended to use an indirect light source or a softer light reflected from a flat wall.

The influence of the layout of the conference room on lighting and light

Layout principle: Guarantee the camera effect to achieve the purpose of reproducing clear images.

Layout requirements:

The scenery and color around the venue, as well as the color of the tables and chairs. Generally, the colors such as "white" and "black" are avoided. These two colors will have the adverse effects of "reflecting" and "lightning" on the person's camera. The background wall should be designed separately. It is best to use a uniform light color. Usually it is beige or gray. It is not advisable to use the frame. It is forbidden to use the contrasting chaotic color to facilitate the camera lens aperture setting.

The other three walls, floors, ceilings, etc. of the room should match the color of the background wall. Avoid the saturated color of black or bright colors. The walls are usually beige, light green, light brown in tables and chairs, etc. Wait. It is not suitable for each wall to use complex patterns or to hang complex frames to avoid blurring of the image when the camera is moved or zoomed, and to increase the coding overhead. It is best to seal the windows or install tinted glass, or hang thick curtains to prevent direct sunlight.

The camera lens should not be aligned with the door. If the door is used as the background, personnel entering and leaving will expose the camera lens to the light source behind the camera.

Conference table: The layout of the conference table is better. At the same time, in order to reduce the shadow of the face, a light-colored table and chair or tablecloth is required. So that light can be reflected on the person's face through the table, or on a light tablecloth on the table, it is recommended to use beige or light cyan.

How to install the conference room lighting fixtures

Choose the installation method according to the ceiling structure of the conference room:

1. When there is no ceiling: you can use the three primary colors or LED lamps of the external black shell for hanging installation;
