Before the liberation, there were very few lighting engineering construction projects in China, and there were even less scientific research on lighting engineering. Since the founding of New China in 1949, it has gradually developed from nothing, especially in the past 20 years, driven by the tide of reform and opening up, China's lighting project construction has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results, which has attracted worldwide attention.
Reviewing the development history of China's lighting project for nearly 60 years, it can be roughly divided into four stages:
The first stage: the starting and starting stage of lighting engineering construction from 1949 to 1960; the second stage: the key development stage of lighting engineering construction from 1961 to 1980; the third stage: the comprehensive development stage of lighting engineering construction from 981 to 1999; the fourth stage : The sustainable development stage of lighting engineering construction from 2000 to 2009.
At present, the national large-scale lighting project case can basically reflect the current situation of China's lighting project construction. The design level of lighting engineering has increased rapidly. The lighting designer's design concept is gradually updated, neglecting communication and cooperation with planners, architects and managers to start to change, and simple imitation or copying of other lighting design phenomena is gradually reduced. The diversification of lighting techniques, the creative concept of lighting design is stronger, the application level of colored light and the increase of high-tech use have led to a significant improvement in the overall lighting effect.
The construction quality of the lighting project has been significantly improved. Due to the improvement of the quality awareness of the construction personnel and the enhancement of the concept of strict implementation of the national standards, norms and regulations of the construction, the construction of the construction is carried out in strict accordance with the design drawings, and the acceptance of the construction works is conscientiously done. The lighting project has achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and environmental protection. Since 2001, the green lighting demonstration project has been continuously implemented to effectively promote the energy conservation work of lighting projects. From 1996 to 2004, China implemented a green lighting project in the past nine years, with a total energy saving of 45 billion kW.h, equivalent to 9 million kW installed capacity, reducing a large number of grid peak load, reducing power generation carbon dioxide 1.3 million tons, but also reduced The light pollution caused by lighting protects the environment and effectively promotes the sustainable development of lighting engineering construction.
The management of lighting engineering construction has gradually achieved scientific and legalization. In the early stage of comprehensive development of lighting engineering construction, management institutions and mechanisms are not perfect, management personnel are in short supply, management regulations are blank, and the phenomenon of management disorder is gradually reduced.
