Recently, the weather wasn't so busy, so I caught up with summer and didn't do any repairs. But I was still waiting for some of my customers. In fact, we're old friends. I used to ask you to fix a lot of things. This TV has been broken for about a month or two, and I'm still waiting for you... [Close, I don’t have any impression.]

It's a TCL L32V10 model. There are images and sound, but the screen has trailing noise interference. The background color is slightly greenish, and there's interference on the menu. It seems unlikely to be caused by screen parameter errors. It might be related to gamma correction or LVDS line issues. I tried cleaning the board with an eraser, but it didn’t help. It looks like the logic board is integrated with the screen. After disassembling, I found remnants left by previous technicians. The bottom of the screen is fixed without any missing steel strips. That’s why you were waiting for me. Seeing this made me more confident. I think maybe the last technician thought the same but couldn’t find the right parts and gave up.

I took the screen out and found no AS15 or AS19 on the side panel. Only one integrated block, M370-1575, and AU011303. I noticed that M370-1575 looks similar to AS15-F. However, I couldn’t find any information about M370-1575 on Baidu or other sources. It was impossible to get any guidance. So I had to rely on my own experience. I checked the external parts and power supply of both boards, and they looked the same. I decided to replace AS15-F, thinking it would fix the issue. But when I turned it on, the image was exactly the same as before. AS15-F wasn’t overheating, which only proved that the two could be swapped, but the image problem remained.

So the issue must still be on the motherboard. This time, I carefully checked the voltage levels on the motherboard. The 12V, 5V, and 3.3V power supplies were all normal. However, one of the LVDS line voltages was around 0.95V, while the others were about 1.3V. The line passed through a capacitor that was glued to the MST6M48PUS-LF-U5 integrated block. After removing the glue and cleaning, I found that the 0.95V line connected to L200. The inductance line resistance became several hundred ohms, and there was a short circuit at 1.4V. After fixing this, everything worked properly. The boot image was back to normal, and all the effort paid off.

In summary, waiting for you isn't always about being a fan. The TV was almost like how much I admire your skills. Even though I replaced the screen with AS15-F for an hour, it proved that AS15-F, RM5101, hx8915-a, and M370-1575 can be interchanged. I’ve tried AS15-F and AS19-F before, but that just led to more damage. For fellow technicians, this is a useful reference. I hope everyone has enough money to keep their business running smoothly.
