Fault phenomenon: The TCL LCD TV L32S3211 has sound, but the screen shows a shadow and the backlight is not bright enough. Based on this issue, we suspected the problem might be related to the constant current board or the backlight system. To confirm, we performed a disassemble test by powering up the supply voltage. At the moment of turning on, the voltage was 65V, then dropped to 24V. This suggested that the constant current board was functioning normally. Next, we removed the LCD panel, front frame, and astigmatism board. Using a multimeter set to the 10K range, we tested the LED lamp beads and found that they weren't lighting up consistently. These LED beads are quite small, making them difficult to source and replace. After careful consideration, we decided to replace all seven LED strips. Once installed and secured, the TV worked properly. We ran a 6-hour test with no issues detected, confirming the repair was successful.
