This is a TCL L32V10 model. It has image and sound, but there's trailing noise on the screen. The background color appears slightly green, and the menu also has interference. From what I can tell, it's not a screen parameter error. There might be issues with gamma correction or the LVDS line. I tried cleaning the board after disassembling it, but there was no improvement. It seems like the logic board is integrated with the screen.
After taking it apart, I found some remnants left by others. The bottom of the screen is fixed without any missing steel strips. That’s why you were waiting for me. Seeing this gave me more confidence. Maybe the previous technician thought the same but didn’t have the parts to fix it. I took the screen out and noticed that there was no AS15 or AS19 on the side panel. Only one integrated block, M370-1575 and AU011303, was present. I noticed that the M370-1575 looks similar to AS15-F, but I couldn't find any information about it on Baidu or other sources. It's impossible to get help from others, so I had to rely on my own skills.
I checked the external components and power supply of both boards and found them to be similar. I decided to replace the AS15-F, thinking it would fix the issue. But when I turned it on, the image was exactly the same as before. However, the AS15-F wasn't overheating, which only proved that the two could be swapped, but the problem remained. The image issue wasn't resolved here.
It seems the problem is still on the motherboard. This time, I carefully checked the voltage levels on the motherboard and found that 12V, 5V, and 3.3V were all normal. However, one of the LVDS lines had a voltage of about 0.95V, while the others were around 1.3V. The line goes through a capacitor attached to the MST6M48PUS-LF-U5 IC. After removing the glue and cleaning, I found that the 0.95V line was connected to L200, and the resistance was several hundred ohms. After fixing the short circuit, the voltage returned to normal, and the boot image looked perfect. My effort paid off, and finally, the TV was working again.
Summary: Waiting for you isn’t always about being a fan. The TV almost feels like how much you admire me. Even though I replaced the screen with AS15-F for an hour, it proved that AS15-F, RM5101, hx8915-a, and M370-1575 are interchangeable. [I’ve tried AS15-F and AS19-F differently.
