Fault phenomenon: The TCL LCD TV L32S3211 has sound, but the screen shows a shadow and the backlight is not bright. Based on this issue, we suspected a problem with either the constant current board or the backlight system. After disassembling and testing the power supply voltage, it was observed that the voltage initially reached 65V when turned on, then dropped to 24V. This indicated that the constant current board was likely functioning properly. Next, the LCD screen, front frame, and other components were removed. Using a multimeter set to the 10K ohm range, we tested the LED lamp beads and found that they did not light up consistently. These LED beads are quite small, making them difficult to source and replace. As a result, we decided to replace all seven LED strips. After reinstallation, the TV functioned normally, with no issues detected after a 6-hour test run.
