Pairing method of resistance in LED module

How should the resistors in the module be configured? I believe that customers who have research in technology must have mastered the relevant knowledge and skills, and come together to understand.

Generally, the LED lighting module is mainly equipped with a resistor according to the voltage and current of the LED lamp bead used. The lamp beads used now mainly include piranha lamp beads and 3528 patch modules and 5050 patch lamps. Their voltages are basically the same, white light, blue light, green light are 3.0V-3.4V, red light and yellow light are 1.8V-2.4V. When matching the resistance, select the middle value of the voltage of the lamp to be bought. If the voltage of the lamp bead is 3.0-3.2V, select the voltage of 3.1V.

Followed by the current, the current of the piranha lamp bead and the patch lamp bead is usually 20MA, and the lamp with a better chip can achieve 25 to 30MA, the brightness will be better, but the program will affect the light decay. The 5050 chip is packaged in parallel with three chips, and its current is 60MA. Now that you understand the current and voltage, you can calculate it according to the resistance R=U/I. Note that the voltage here refers to the voltage difference. Generally, the power supply is 12V. That is, the resistance R = the external supply voltage - the lamp voltage / the lamp current is the size of the resistor to be matched. Such as 12V-3V/0.02*3A=150 ohms, this is the method of general resistance.

The size of the resistor is especially important in the application. If you want to extend the life of the LED bead, you must remember this.
