Important Notes:

3. Never leave the instrument unattended while it is operating.

How to Use:
1. When the electric heating function is activated, the electric resistance wire converts electrical energy into heat. This heats the trichloroethylene pitch solution placed in the container.
2. Once the solution reaches the boiling point of trichloroethylene (86.7°C), the liquid begins to vaporize due to molecular motion. At this stage, the asphalt oil and other impurities remain in the solution because they have a higher boiling point. Although the heater continues to operate, the temperature of the solution will not increase further once all the trichloroethylene has evaporated.
The remaining bitumen stays in the right chamber of the container. The trichloroethylene gas then moves into the left cavity through the space above the container. As the cooling system in the left cavity operates, the vapor molecules cool down and condense back into liquid form, collecting in the left chamber. This completes the recovery process of trichloroethylene.
