The above contracts involve a total of about 33.75 million US dollars, equivalent to no more than 2.292 billion yuan.
It is understood that MOCVD is the abbreviation of Metal-organic Chemical Vapor DePosition, which is the mainstream technology of epitaxial wafers, which is the main raw material for LED chips. At the beginning of this year, Dehao Runda has signed an agreement with South Korea's EPIVALLEY Company to conduct comprehensive cooperation on LED epitaxial wafers, chip production and R&D. At present, the company's cooperation with South Korea's EPIVALLEY company is progressing smoothly, and Korean technical experts have participated in the preparatory work for the project in Wuhu. The above equipment procurement will establish a new LED epitaxial wafer production capacity in Wuhu and Yangzhou, which will further improve the company's LED industry chain, lay a solid foundation for the company's subsequent LED industry production and operation, and have a positive impact on the company's future operations.
Dehao Runda said that as an emerging green energy-saving lighting industry, companies from all over the world have vigorously developed the LED industry, and the demand for MOCVD equipment has shown a sharp growth trend. The company ordered a total of 130 MOCVD equipments, ordering instalments at a time, which can guarantee the demand of subsequent MOCVD equipment, and will not delay the development of the industry due to equipment supply. At the same time, Yangzhou City and Wuhu City subsidized local enterprises to introduce MOCVD equipment of RMB 8 million to 10 million yuan each. The company will apply for MOCVD equipment subsidies from the local governments of Wuhu City and Yangzhou City after the equipment purchase contract is officially signed and the deposit is paid.
