A: Wujiang Gensheng Refrigeration Fittings Factory is a professional parts enterprise manufacturing refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning and refrigeration. It mainly produces copper aluminum pipe joint, copper aluminum air conditioner connection pipe, air conditioner refrigerator pipeline, filter and liquid storage device, etc.

Q: When did your company start to manufacture the products, could you tell me about the history?

A: In 1993, the cooling and distribution plant belonging to government was formally established. It was the only small scale production factory in the local refrigeration industry. In 2000, it officially acquired refrigeration fittings factory, and changed from collective enterprises to private enterprises, renamed Wujiang Chuangyuan Machinery. In 2005, products based on the Wujiang capital of the machine achieved further upgrade, focusing on the refrigeration industry leading technology parts design and manufacturing, renamed Wujiang Gensheng Refrigeration Fittings Factory. More than 20 years exprience of manufacturing with excellent workmanship and top quality.

Q: May I get a free sample?
A: We are very glad to provide a sample service. Some items are free and the others need to be paid.

Q: What is the lead-time?
A:It is about 20 - 30 days, which depends on the product. If the products is in stock, we will shipping soon. If you need to customize a new product according to your drawing, it may take more time.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T or LC.

Q:I have my own designs, could you make them for us?
A:Yes, We can make molds and arrange production according to customer's drawings or samples. Email me your drawings and we will give you a replay soon. This is a very important point, our factory has established more than 20 years, in addition to the production base product, we also help clients produce new products according to their drawings, this is also one of our main business, we will give the customer a satisfactory products.
