Installation and Usage Instructions:

1. Pressure setting: After power on, press the “Set” button, then use the “Back” key to navigate. Use the “+” and “--” keys to adjust values. Press “Set” again to save. Exit after adjusting the lower limit.

2. Pressure peak setting (the peak value remains at maximum pressure when the sample breaks): Long press for 3 seconds to enter settings. When the time window shows “B”, set it to 0 to maintain pressure. You can also set it to any time unit (minutes) and adjust the lower limit to 0.1MPa.

3. Time reset: To redo an experiment, hold the “--” key. After 10 seconds, the time will reset to 0 minutes. Avoid pressing “!” by mistake.

4. Time review: Press “—” to switch between hours, minutes, and seconds. Return to pressure display after 30 seconds.

5. Time setting: Long press to enter the setting mode. When the time window shows “T”, you can set the pressure increment time in minutes.

6. Zero calibration: If no pressure is detected after starting, press the “Set” button once to reset to zero. Do not press the clear button while under pressure; wait until the pressure is released before resetting.

7. Open the water injection valve and add pure water. Once the tank is full, start the pressurization process and open the pressure control valve to allow water to flow into the high-pressure chamber until it overflows slightly.

After the experiment, open the drain valve of the high-pressure tank and clean the instrument surface with anti-rust grease. If the equipment is not used for a long time, make sure all water is drained from the system to prevent damage due to freezing.
