Recently, I listened to some friends who made LED bulbs . There is a problem that is often encountered in LED bulbs - bulbs are fogging. In response, I deliberately asked for some foggy gun light to come back for analysis. For this purpose, the product was deliberately analyzed under a microscope. The water mist was found to be mainly attached to the inner wall of the ball light. After disassembly, it was tested by pH and found to be weakly acidic. Let friends then bake the components at high temperatures. But there is still water mist.
Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the problem that each component has water absorption before assembly. In other words, it is certain that the problem lies in the thermal grease and the adhesive. In this regard, I specifically consulted my mentor. He was asked to use his equipment to make an infrared analysis of the thermal grease and adhesive.
The analysis shows that the main component of the water mist contains more than half of the water, and there are some functional groups such as amino groups and hydroxyl groups. In response to this phenomenon, the instructor took a variety of thermal grease and adhesive for comparative analysis.
The results show that the reasons are as follows: thermal grease: 1. The viscosity of the thermal grease base oil is too low, resulting in too much small molecule content.
2, the quality of the thermal powder is too poor, the part contains a part of the water mist and the residual surface of the powder after treatment of the low molecular compound.
Viscose glue: 1, the base glue is not pure enough, that is, the content of small molecules is too much.
2, the product contains some plasticizer (low viscosity silicone oil).
3. The powder contains small molecular compounds.
4. Small molecules are released during the curing of the glue.
In order to avoid the above aspects, it is necessary to control the base rubber and powder. Mainly solved the above aspects, then the fog phenomenon does not exist. Of course, the handling of small molecules released by curing is unavoidable. But mainly on the raw materials (using imported base rubber and treated powder), then this problem has basically improved by 90%. In short, one sentence. One point of product is divided into goods.
