Not long ago, the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision conducted a special supervision and spot check on energy-saving lamps in the province. The results of the random inspection are as follows: This time, 100 batches of products from 100 enterprises in 7 regions including Zhongshan, Foshan, Jiangmen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Huizhou and Dongguan were sampled. 21 batches of qualified products, the product batch pass rate is 21%. Compared with the batch pass rate of 14.3% in the supervision and spot check in 2008, it increased by 6.7 percentage points, and the qualified rate of the same project increased by 26.7 percentage points.
Seeing this set of data, the good news is that the 21% pass rate this year has finally increased by 6.7% compared with 14.3% last year. This shows that the average quality of energy-saving lamps made in Guangdong has improved. However, unfortunately, we will look at the list of qualified and unqualified products and companies.
The five companies qualified for product sampling are: OSRAM, NVC, Jinling, Liantuo and Xingyun. There are 38 unqualified ones, including the famous Foshan Lighting, Snowlight Lighting, Seaton Lighting, Geeneng Lighting and Otlan Lighting in Guangdong Province. In our ordinary impressions, these brands are regarded as representative enterprises with strong strength, well-known brands and guaranteed quality. However, this time they “carelessly†appear on the black list. I don’t know if it’s bad luck or Have negligence? If we put together a list of qualified and unqualified companies, let us be more confused: in the current lighting industry, which brands of energy-saving lamps are of good quality, and which brands of energy-saving lamps are of poor quality? On November 29th, the Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau held a quality analysis of the energy-saving lamp products and a special rectification mobilization meeting in Zhongshan on the results of the energy-saving lamp sampling. Only this year, 39 companies such as Zhongshan Chuangxing Lighting Co., Ltd. have withdrawn from the energy-saving lamp production market. It also shows that the higher-level government departments attach importance to "Made in Guangdong" and their determination to counterfeit.
However, in doing so, it is not possible to substantially improve the overall quality level of energy-saving lamps. The pass rate of about 20% has been maintained for N years and has not been greatly increased. Where is the problem? The official analysis is: First, a small number of production companies have neither quality awareness nor technical skills. In order to pursue profits, they deliberately amplify the nominal power and use simple inferior parts for simple assembly. The quality is not guaranteed; Key components in self-ballasted fluorescent lamps, such as electronic components, lamps, lamp holders, etc., are purchased parts. The manufacturer has no effective quality control procedures and inspection capabilities, and the quality of accessories cannot be controlled. Third, the electromagnetic compatibility project The production enterprise does not pay enough attention, and the technology required by the project is relatively high, and the production enterprise does not have a good grasp. Fourth, the production enterprise lacks the necessary testing equipment and means. Only the design is not debugged, and the technical parameters are not effective. control. There is no entry threshold, and there are many production enterprises. Many enterprises have small sales scale, weak quality awareness and low product quality.
These are the reasons for the low quality, and are caused by the company's own factors. The problem is that the entire energy-saving lamp industry chain is from electronic components, electromagnetic capacitors, to production equipment, to enterprise self-inspection capabilities, to product certification, to market sales.
