WHEN & WHY│
The
hotel building of Claska Hotel originated from Hotel New Meguro thirty-five years ago. After the old hotel was closed in 2002, it cooperated with Urban Design System through Intentionallies and rebuilt into a fashion hotel in 2OO3.

Zheng Xiuhe, born in 1968, graduated from the Institute of Modeling, Musashino Art University. In 1996, together with Jiro Endo and Shin Ohori, the company established an "ITL, intentionallies" company across architecture, interior, product, display design , and proposed a three-year, three-year long-term plan for three people. It is not convenient for transportation at the stop on the street of Meguro Toy Street. It takes 10 minutes to walk from "School of Arts University Station" on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. If you take the JR Yamanote Line, you must take a taxi at Meguro Station. In about 5 minutes, the most affordable one is to take the bus at the west exit of Meguro Station and get off at Kiyomizu Station. Walk for 1 minute in the direction of "Okayama Elementary School". The location factor also affects the hotel's business strategy.


WHAT│
Claska is now a well-known design
boutique hotel with a small but distinct design concept.


But if this is just one of many "fashion hotels", this definition is too narrow.

A pet salon called "DogMan" is located at the entrance of the hotel, providing pet design and accessories sales. The permanent art installation in front of the hotel is from the hands of the British TOMATO design team, which produces a variety of changing colors by sensing the passing figures.

The first floor lobby has several concept book areas "essence" and the retro and stylish restaurant "The Lobby", while the fourth to fifth floors are refurbished to create nine exquisite rooms of nine sizes and minimalist design. On the sixth floor, there are three long-term accommodation rooms for one week or more. Encourage artists or designers to create, adjust the room design and even pair it with an AIBO. As for the third floor, it provides office and studio space, and the second floor gallery that goes down, from time to time, provides dynamic and static art activities, including exhibitions of fashion, audio and visual design.

HOW│
The "The Lobby" restaurant in the restaurant offers exquisite and delicious creative meals. It is the place where many people choose to meet and meet. The meal props are designed, and most of the seats and sofas in the hotel are from ITL.

The hotel incorporates history into the design, adds new generations of design elements, and re-plans from the perspective of use. The use of wood texture makes people feel emotional about the old buildings, and the new interactive devices and creative meals make people look forward to and be curious about the new hotel. Therefore, after this well-planned fashion hotel, it can be sent intimate and fashionable. Design charm.
