After receiving the user's phone, it was reported that the Hisense LCD TV model LED48K20JD automatically restarts after the progress bar is displayed. Upon investigation, it was determined that this issue is likely caused by a software-related problem. Once the TV model was confirmed, I found the corresponding firmware and downloaded it to a USB drive using a dedicated tool. The boot process matched exactly what the user described. As a first step, I recommended the user try updating the firmware.
To proceed, the user should turn off the TV and insert the USB drive into the USB port. The TV will then detect the update and begin the process. The upgrade usually takes around 5 minutes to complete.
