Apple uses PowerOn to recycle and compensate old Macs and PCs.

Usually, the Apple Partner will take the recovered old equipment to a domestic processing plant and perform an “environmental-friendly†treatment. Users can print out shipping labels through Apple's official website and then send their old equipment to the designated locations.
It is expected that the company will launch a recycling and compensation program for the "Premium Edition" Apple Watch in the future, but this company has not yet done so until Apple released the second-generation Apple Watch in September this year.
